Take time out for yourself by nourishing your body with yoga and creative expression.
This class incorporates gentle movement, playfulness, relaxation and drawing, all taking place in the newly redeveloped Blanket Building at Fabrik.
A perfect way to start the day, with expert tuition, all yoga and art materials provided by delightful Tammy Pahl of Blooming Hearts Yoga.
Taking place in the newly redeveloped and recently re-opened former Woollen Mill in Lobethal, the Upper Workspace in Fabrik’s Blanket Building is light-filled, spacious, beautiful and bright.
This class is suitable for everyone, no previous yoga or creative experience necessary.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to get a bit grubby with coloured pastels and charcoal as you move to create.
