Join us at The PaintBox on a time-honoured path to wellness through meditative creativity in a series of structured workshops led by local artists and organic producers, all materials provided.
Most people know our staff at The PaintBox in relation to the art supplies that we sell at the shop but our family are also organic producers of a great mass of food and flowers from our farm in Mylor, market gardens in the Basket Range and of course the large back garden of our shop which supplied fruits and flowers to Hahndorf locals for over a hundred years.
Along with several local artists and like-minded growers we are delighted to share our enthusiasm for all of this abundance which is inextricably linked with our love of creativity.
People who enjoy art and engaging with nature will likely attest to the fact that making art has a spiritual quality.

Join us for tutored afternoons immersed in art and flowers in our beautiful heritage-listed studios which open out onto the rambling gardens planted by the Thiele family.
