Our session will start with a guided ‘naturally mindful’ session with wellbeing facilitator Kate McEwen from Apply Within for Wellbeing.
To follow, and to take full advantage of our engaged and relaxed state, we’ll join artist Donna Gordge of Stitch Paint Burn studio for a workshop of Botanically Inspired Watercolour Painting.
Taking place in the newly redeveloped and recently re-opened former Woollen Mill in Lobethal, the Upper Workspace in Fabrik’s Blanket Building is light-filled, spacious, beautiful and bright.
No previous artistic or meditation experience is necessary for this reflective and expressive, entry level session.
Our botanical inspiration includes an array of glorious flora and folage supplied by Lucy from Lobethal’s own ReWild SA.
