Ceremony of Breath | Breathwork Workshop and Cacao Ceremony

A beginners breathing workshop exploring the Buddhist concept of the Heart Chakra.

During this beginner-friendly session, you will be guided through breathwork practices specifically designed to unblock and activate the Heart Chakra.

These techniques will help regulate your breath, bringing your focus inward and enabling you to access the deep reserves of love and healing within.

By aligning your breath with the energy of the Heart Chakra, you’ll foster greater self-love, encourage emotional balance, and invite a profound sense of inner peace into your life.

As part of our Chakra Breathwork Series, this heart-centred gathering is specifically designed to open and deepen the chambers of your heart through focused breathwork techniques. The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located at the very centre of your chest, just above your physical heart. It serves as a powerful conduit of love, healing, and joy, physically connecting to the heart, lungs, circulatory system, and skin.

On an emotional level, Anahata is the wellspring of love, compassion, and inner peace. If you’re experiencing challenges related to love, compassion, or forgiveness—or if feelings of jealousy, anger, or isolation are weighing you down—this workshop offers a gentle, warm invitation to explore and heal these emotions through breathwork.

We’ll begin the workshop with a nourishing cacao ceremony to open the Heart Chakra and create a receptive space for love to flow freely.

Is this workshop suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our workshop is designed to cater to individuals of all experience levels. Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, our facilitators will guide you through the process and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout.

Will I be required to share personal experiences or emotions?
Participation in sharing is completely voluntary. While we encourage open expression, we respect everyone’s boundaries and understand that vulnerability can be a personal journey. You are free to engage at your own comfort level.

What should I wear or bring to the workshop?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Please bring a water bottle, a journal or notebook, and an open mind. You may also want to bring yoga mats and cushions for your comfort during the workshop.

How long is the workshop?
The workshop is designed to be a 2.5hr immersive experience, allowing ample time for deep exploration and transformation. The exact duration may vary slightly depending on the flow of the event.
