Learn a range of fermenting techniques followed by a three-course lunch with stunning vineyard views and estate grown wine.

Join us for an exciting and hands-on ‘Fermenting with Matt Rodgers’ workshop at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard.

Start your day learning the art of fermentation from our Head Chef Matt Rodgers.

You’ll create up to three unique fermented products that are yours to take home, along with a complete set of fermentation tools, including pickling jars, a chopping board, and a knife.

Matt will guide you through each step, sharing his expert techniques in a relaxed and engaging environment.

While you work, enjoy a glass of our signature Méthode Traditional Sparkling, setting the perfect tone for a day of learning and indulgence. Once the workshop concludes, sit back and enjoy a sumptuous three course lunch featuring the finest local produce, paired with a glass of our award-winning wine. Take in the stunning vineyard views as you unwind and savour the fruits of your labour.

As a special treat, guest speaker, Naturopath and Wellbeing Coach Fiona Chapman with join us to discuss the powerful connection between hormones, nutrition, and gut health – offering invaluable insights into the benefits of fermented foods.

You’ll leave the event not only with your own handmade fermented products and tools but also with a wealth of knowledge and a full day’s worth of unforgettable experiences.
