This one-of-a-kind women’s dance fitness class weaves together music, movement, energy work and inspiration.
Most importantly it will energise you and bring you joy!
Follow the class with a delicious long table brunch on the garden terrace and enjoy a glass of sparkling.
There is nothing better than starting your Sunday with all the good vibes that come with music, movement and a delicious brunch.
This is the perfect class to share with your daughter, your mum or a group of your besties. No prior experience is required, just an enthusiasm for having fun.
All ages are welcome to join as there will be a non-alcoholic ticket option for those under 18’s.
