A morning of Pilates at Cobb’s Hill Estate

Enjoy a morning of Pilates in the botanical gardens of Cobb’s Hill Estate where century old trees and stunning gardens form a picturesque backdrop for your movement class.

Suitable for all fitness levels, the 60-minute Pilates class will explain the basics before taking you through a full body workout and finishing with a mindful stretch and relaxation.

Modifications of each exercise will be offered to ensure the class can be adapted for beginners with progressions for those who are more experienced with Pilates.

Afterwards, make your way to the stunning 19th Century built homestead turned cellar door where you will enjoy your preferred Flammekueche Pizza which you can choose to pair with a glass of wine or tasting flight.

Flammekueche (pronounced Flama-coosh), also known in France as Tarte Flambée, is a regional gastronomic stone baked flat-bread from the Alsace-Lorraine region.

You may like to linger on the gorgeous estate which has fast become one of the hidden treasures in the Adelaide Hills. Set on 250 acres of quality farmland vineyards and ‘Instaworthy’ botanical gardens, you can enjoy your own country estate complete with panoramic views and numerous walking trails. Take a leisurely wander or relax as you watch the small herd of black angus cattle and flock of baby doll sundowner sheep meander the paddocks.

Please bring your own mat and any supporting props you require to ensure your comfort through your Pilates session. A limited number of mats will be available for anyone who does not have their own. We also recommend bringing some water and wearing comfortable exercise-friendly clothing that matches the day’s weather.

Your ticket includes the Pilates session, a wine or gin flight (or a glass of wine or gin and tonic) and Flammekueche pizza.
