Everyone has eaten an apple before but biting into a crisp apple picked straight off the tree is an experience in its own right.
Get the family together to meander through this commercial apple orchard picking your own apples and seeing how the beautiful fruit is grown in the heart of Lenswood. Get a glimpse into the workings of a commercial apple orchard with a chance to meet the growers themselves, check out all the farm machinery and learn all about the different stages of growing apples.
For lovers of nature, we tick all the boxes. Catch a glimpse of our local wildlife, whether it be our resident kangaroo family, yellow tail black cockatoos and majestic soaring wedge-tailed eagles flying overhead, or cuddly koalas and cackling kookaburras nesting in the trees.
Be completely surrounded by beautiful autumn colours and, of course, our 9,500 apple trees.
You’ll feel good knowing that approximately 80% of the energy used to run our farm is from our ground mount solar and we use only rain and bore water throughout the property.
To top it all off we have a farm cafe serving delicious apple pies, savoury items, coffee, hot chocolates and tea – and it wouldn’t be an apple orchard without fresh apple juice! You will also have access to on-site car parking, bathrooms and outdoor games.
There are vintage tractors for kids to play on, pedal go karts for kids, new outdoor giant games and a first apple row mini golf – all included in the entry.

Our beautiful property has been an apple orchard for over 80 years and as two ICU nurses who made a tree change and bought a commercial apple orchard, we look forward to welcoming you to our proudly family-owned and operated farm.
This session requires no booking, just arrive between our opening hours and enjoy!
You can even bring a well-behaved dog if they are on a lead at all times. The owner is responsible for the dog and must pick up after it. @Lenswood just asks for a gold coin donation that goes towards a puppy rescue centre.
