Set in the beautiful grounds of Montacute Institute, the full day Wild Hearts Retreat will have you smiling, laughing, creating, and feeling so calm and refreshed, we promise you will be talking about it for the rest of the year.
Jen Watson of Roaming Zen and Jayne Porter of Sparkling Red Events are collaborating to bring you this incredible day of dance and yoga, mindful meditation with art, scrumptious nourishing food and healing for the soul. This is one of the events at Wellness wander you do not want to miss!
Start with a spirited and empowering dance class that will help you step out of your mind and drop deep into your heart’s wisdom. Then follow with a beautiful stretch and meditation.
Nurture your creativity and connect to the nature of Montacute Institute with a unique mandala art workshop that draws straight from the flora around you. Join Cathy Gray and Karen Judd from Sabi Designs for this incredible 2-3 hr workshop and soak it all in.
The afternoon is a delicious 90-minute Yang/Yin Yoga Practice with Jen from Roaming Zen. Starting with a little energy and then sink into the stillness and surrender of Yin and Yoga Nidra. Deep under the shade of the majestic gum trees outdoors (or in the historic Montacute Hall), we add the healing power of meditation to the final chapter of the practice.
This full day of nurture, nature and nourishment includes wholesome food throughout the program – brunch, lunch and afternoon tea, herbal teas, and maybe cheeky vino from Adelaide Hills local vineyard Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard, plus plenty of love, laughs and smiles.
