Join celebrated cheesemaker Sheree Sullivan for this fun and informative four-hour class hosted at Grünthal Brew.
Be prepared for a hands-on experience where you get to do and eat everything.
You’ll craft your own feta that you’ll take home at the end, while also learning how to make your own camembert and ricotta.
Taste your way through an in depth cheese masterclass while you’re waiting for your cheese to set, accompanied with a glass of Hesketh wine or Grünthal beer.
Each participant will leave with cheese, recipes and some small items to help with home cheesemaking, plus a $10 voucher to spend in store on the day.
