This travel-themed experience combines relaxation and reflection with planning and action as you tap into your own wellbeing and plot a new course forward.
Strategist Belinda McCulloch shows you how to step out and ‘Embark’ into a journey of self-discovery, strategy and focus – using past travel, yoga techniques, life events and dedicated actions to get you on your way.
Whether planning for a journey that takes you far away overseas or just down the road, this is aimed at those wanting to create a fabulous next chapter in their lives before it’s too late.
We’ll be both indoors and outdoors with a mix of creative activities, relaxation, targeted personal reflection and dedicated planning time, you’ll start to step out into what’s next, taking the tools you’ll need as you Embark into your journey.
This is for you if:
* you’ve gone through a significant life event that’s left you confronted and in a stage of transition
* you’ve been impacted by the COVID pandemic or other key events outside your control
* or maybe you’re just feeling flat and fed up and know there’s more to life than the way you’re living.
We’ll enjoy fun as well as reflective activities, creating community with other likeminded people also embarking on their journeys. These may include such things as planning a long road trip, moving to a new location, starting a new business or not for profit, taking off overseas on a grand adventure, creating a community group, seeking new friends or a partner, or maybe shifting gear mid to late career or into semi-retirement.
You’ll be immersed in this experience as we prepare for take-off, and everything that has to happen so you can get into your journey.
By the end of the day you will understand how your travel impacts your life, and how to use it to your advantage – Because Your Journey to Creating What’s Next, Matters.
