Join Nikki on the mat in the magical grounds of Manoah House.
MOVE.
Nikki will lead you on a beautiful 30 minute Nikkalates flow.
Nikkilates is a series of movements informed by Nikki’s favourite practises encompassing a blend of yoga, pilates, toning and strength combinations.
MIND.
You will then be relaxed with a 10-minute live guided mindfulness meditation by Nikki.
MAINTAIN.
Finally you will be treated to a nutritious UTONIC functional beverage and a delicious meal courtesy of Darlin’ Dal.
You will also receive a special gift bag with Nikki’s favourite essential oil rollerball blend ‘Heartbeat’ plus ‘Glowtime’ night time face oil (valued at $90.00) that will have you glowing by the morning.
