Four Seasons Yoga

Restorative Yoga Practice | Guided Garden Tour

Four Seasons Yoga

What could be better than yoga, home-baked morning tea and a guided garden tour?

Four Seasons Yoga’s motto is “Yoga for Every Body, For Every Season”. Studio owner and yoga teacher Megan, believes yoga should be accessible to everyone – beginners through to advanced practitioners, with all age groups catered for.

This experience will be held in a picturesque property in Cherry Gardens.  Your Gentle/Restorative Yoga practice will include gentle flowing yoga poses, some Yin poses (seated poses held up to 5 minutes whilst being supported by bolsters and cushions). Calming guided breathwork and a short guided meditation at the end of practice will leave you feeling both rested and rejuvenated – mentally and physically. The peaceful and calm interior of the studio as well as the serene outlook will instantly soothe stressed and busy minds.

Megan is also keen to share with her students a relaxed morning tea after class with home-baked treats, tea and coffee. Students then have the opportunity to join Megan for a guided tour around the 6-acre property. Originally a horse paddock, the new residence built 10 years ago (mix of Australian Homestead and Queenslander) is surrounded by original native scrub and is also planted out with a large amount of deciduous trees, ornamental gardens, vegetable patch with wicking beds, chicken house, citrus and fruit trees.

Beginner yogi’s and first timers are very welcome. Many of us lead busy lives and would greatly benefit from this opportunity to rest, restore and rejuvenate. Yoga provides a low impact, safe way to increase your physical activity. Yoga provides the ideal balance of strengthening and building stability whilst working towards flexibility. It helps to calm our nervous system and alleviate everyday stresses. It truly is the perfect practice for your mind, body and soul.

Feel as if you are in the country whilst conveniently being only 10 minutes away from surrounding suburbs. Look out to nature as you practice and then immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this property.

Blankets, bolsters, cushions and eye pillows are provided. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, however there are some available to borrow if required.
